From on-site command to production management, etc.
I am in charge of this.

As an assistant group leader in the packaging team at the Higashi-Osaka factory, I am responsible for directing operations and improving productivity. I work with the team leader to create a one-month production schedule and adjust which products to prioritize based on inventory levels. In addition to managing the shipment of finished products, I also provide guidance to team members and operate machinery on the factory floor. Sharing my knowledge and skills regarding machinery and equipment with team members, and coordinating with leaders from other departments regarding raw materials and supplies are also important tasks to ensure smooth manufacturing.

What I find most rewarding is,
When did that happen?

Find the cause and solution,
When you overcome difficulties.

In my daily work, there are times when manufacturing doesn't go smoothly and I find myself in difficult situations. But in those times, I make sure to persistently search for the "cause" and "solution" and put them into action. When I overcome these challenges, I feel a sense of accomplishment, and I think it also contributes to my personal growth. That being said, what makes me happiest is when manufacturing proceeds without any problems (laughs).

I want to make Ito Kanpo Pharmaceutical a health food brand that everyone knows. To achieve this, as part of the manufacturing team, I am committed to producing better products and ensuring that we deliver products that our customers will be happy with. Furthermore, I would like to go beyond the confines of the manufacturing floor and collaborate with the planning and sales departments to be involved in the development of new products.

Daily schedule

  1. get up
    I tend to shower in the morning during the summer. I prefer bread for breakfast.
  2. Going to work
    Check the day's schedule and emails. Perform the necessary preparations for operating the machinery.
  3. Morning assembly
    The day's schedule and topics are shared during the morning meeting.
  4. 製造
    Packaging production will begin on each machine. We will also check the situation at each work site.
  5. lunch
    I communicate with my colleagues while eating lunch at the factory.
  6. product management
    Enter data for completed products. Verify the actual number of products at the product storage area.
  7. Conference
    At the production meeting, we discussed new product and revised version information, as well as raw materials and supplies. We also shared information with leaders from other departments.
  8. Leaving
    I report the production status to my supervisor, chat briefly with my colleagues, and then go home.
  9. dinner
    I often go out for drinks with friends on weekends. I also sometimes have drinking parties with colleagues from work.
  10. fun time
    I make time to relax by enjoying my hobbies, such as watching videos or going to the sauna.
  11. Going to bed
    I go to bed around 11 PM or midnight.
