Please tell us your current job.

I am in charge of new product development and sales promotion.

I work in the marketing group, where I'm responsible for developing and promoting new products under our own brand. The best part of this job is being involved in "every step of a product's creation," from brainstorming ideas and concept design to target setting and adjusting costs and specifications. I collaborate with various specialized teams within the planning and development department, and I work with passion from the initial presentation to the executives until the product hits the shelves.

What I find most rewarding is,

When I truly realized it.

I've been involved with many products, but honestly, I still feel like I'm fumbling my way through each day without knowing the right answer. That's why the feeling of joy when customers say things like, "I've been using it for a long time," or "I can't live without it," is all the more profound. Hearing feedback directly at exhibitions and compiling questionnaires, I realize that the products I've created are playing a part in someone's life, and that's a huge driving force for me to move forward.

Products that appeal to younger generations
I want to continue developing it.

Our supplements are primarily enjoyed by senior citizens, but going forward, we aim to develop products that will appeal to younger generations with a strong health consciousness, making them think, "This is great!" Our group comprises members ranging in age from their 20s to their 50s, so we hope to combine youthful sensibilities with the wisdom of veterans to create exciting new products together.

Daily schedule

  1. Getting up and getting ready to go to work
    I'm working towards completing the lunchbox and breakfast preparations. Breakfast will be packed with vegetables and protein.
  2. Going to work
    I take a 30-minute ride on my hybrid bike for exercise. I make sure to wear my helmet.
  3. start of work
    After company-wide morning exercises, I cleaned the office. I also checked emails and my schedule.
  4. Morning assembly
    Share the day's work schedule. If there is a product presentation, prepare package images and samples.
  5. presentation
    I proposed a new product to the executives. We will consider how to improve it based on their feedback.
  6. Lunch
    After eating my lunch (vegetable-first approach), I went for a walk while chatting with my colleagues.
  7. meeting
    We exchanged ideas online about new supplement packaging forms and designs.
  8. New product consideration
    We'll move on to considering the next new product. Since this involves handling a large amount of data, we'll proceed carefully and take our time.
  9. POP fix
    I revised the promotional POP display that the sales department urgently requested. Once approved, I'll do a final check and submit it.
  10. Leaving
    I checked to make sure I hadn't missed any tasks before leaving work. I stopped by the supermarket to restock on milk and eggs.
  11. Dinner and free time
    After finishing dinner, cleaning up, and preparing the bath, I relax by watching videos or browsing the internet.
  12. Going to bed
    I took a bath,I'm aiming to be in bed by [time]. Good night.

I joined the company because I wanted to utilize my Chinese language skills, but now I've been able to acquire a wide range of knowledge and skills related to manufacturing, including concept design, design, printing, and raw materials. It's not a large company, but that means there are plenty of opportunities for each individual to play a leading role.

I love mountain climbing, and I often experience cramps in my legs and toes when I'm walking for extended periods. This product is my go-to solution in those situations. I keep it in my backpack as a kind of lucky charm, and it always comes in handy when I need it. Among herbal medicines, I find it very reassuring that it works so quickly.
