The Management Department is responsible for a wide range of back-office support for the company, from management and administration to general affairs and accounting. I am mainly in charge of management and general affairs, and I am particularly focused on the operation and management of the "Amoeba Management" system that our company has implemented. I am responsible for accurately understanding the company's situation with figures and providing timely feedback to management and the field staff. It is a job that involves direct involvement in steering the company, so there is pressure, but it is also a very rewarding job.

As part of the general affairs department, I also handle tasks such as managing company supplies and hygiene management, contributing to creating an environment where all employees can perform at their best. I am also actively working to realize efficient work styles, such as automating data entry with RPA and creating documents using AI.

What I find most rewarding is,
When did that happen?

Compile the figures from each department,
When it was put to good use.

The figures for each department are, in a sense, the culmination of their efforts, so handling them requires a certain level of tension. That's why seeing the completed materials being used by each department gives me a great sense of accomplishment. For that reason, I strive to create materials that are, in short, "crisp and precise."

Aiming to become a master.

My goal is to become a master of all aspects of management operations, capable of handling all tasks independently, by acquiring not only management strategy and financial/accounting skills, but also knowledge of labor relations. I intend to steadily build up my skills through my daily work.

Daily schedule

  1. get up
    I get myself ready while also getting my two children dressed. It's hectic.
  2. Departure
    I set off, waved goodbye by my family. Lately, taking pictures of my kids before I leave has become a daily routine!
  3. Going to work
    After sitting down at my desk and checking my schedule for the day, I do my daily reading.
  4. start of work
    At the start of the workday at our head office, we all do radio calisthenics together. We really give it our all and get a good workout.
  5. Meeting preparation
    We have a monthly meeting, so I'll be reviewing and sharing materials from each department and preparing for the web conference.
  6. Conference
    While simultaneously taking minutes and moderating the meeting, be mindful of facilitation to ensure a smooth process!
  7. Lunch
    I enjoyed my lunch while chatting with people from other departments. The healthy point is that it's multi-grain rice instead of white rice!
  8. Conference
    This is a continuation of the morning meeting. I will approach this with renewed focus.
  9. Office work
    I compile meeting minutes and strive to share them with participants on the same day.
  10. Daily report data summary and sharing
    We compile daily reports into a document for internal sharing. Since we've implemented RPA, data processing is now automated.
  11. Leaving
    I tidied up my desk, checked my schedule for tomorrow, and left work.
  12. Return home
    When I come home, the "Welcome home" from my family is the greatest comfort!
  13. dinner
    After playing with the kids, I enjoyed the dinner my wife had prepared. I'm limiting myself to one beer a day!
  14. Putting to bed
    I get my two children to sleep. If they're energetic, it can take over an hour on some days...
  15. fun time
    I spend my time relaxing by talking, reading, playing games, etc.
