Various tests and inspections of raw materials and products

We conduct various tests on raw materials manufactured at our factory and on packaged products. Specifically, we handle a wide range of processes, from checking the size, weight, moisture content of the coating, and disintegration properties of soft capsules, to microbial testing after inspection and packaging, and checking the appearance, lot number, and content (number of capsules) of the packaging materials.

In quality control, it's necessary to manage many processes simultaneously, from physical testing of soft capsules to microbiological testing. While it presents technical challenges to design and execute efficient processes within a limited timeframe, without compromising the accuracy of each individual test, successfully completing these tasks provides a strong sense of personal growth.

My goal is to refine the testing work I am currently in charge of, making it more reliable and of higher quality. I want to constantly improve the accuracy of inspections by actively incorporating new knowledge and information necessary for quality control and applying it to my daily work. I believe that not being satisfied with the status quo and continuously refining each and every task will lead to protecting our customers' peace of mind, and I will continue to approach my work with sincerity.

Daily schedule

  1. get up
    I eat breakfast while watching the news on TV.
  2. Going to work
    I check my emails and prepare documents.
  3. Examination
    Measuring the size, weight, and moisture content of the soft capsules is quite a challenging task.
  4. lunch
    I'm eating while chatting with people from other departments.
  5. clean up
    We have a rotating schedule for cleaning the factory.
  6. Examination
    I will observe the results of the microbiological test conducted two days ago and compile them into a document.
  7. Examination
    We will prepare for the microbiological test. We will prepare the culture medium and samples.
  8. break
    We will take a 15-minute break.
  9. Examination
    We will conduct a microbiological test.
  10. Leaving
    I sometimes stop by the supermarket on my way home.
  11. dinner
    I'll have a light dinner.
  12. Gym
    I do some weight training and play ball games, then I take a bath and go home.
  13. Going to bed
    good night.

My interest in microbiological testing during university was what initially motivated me to pursue this career. Since actually starting work at this company, I've found the factory atmosphere to be great, the work suits my personality, and I feel fulfilled every day.
